Texas High School Basketball - Lewisville ripped by Marcus
February 9, 2024: Lewisville, TX 75067 The Marcus Marauders basketball team scored 86 points and held the host Lewisville Farmers to 49 in the Marauders league triumph on Friday.
The Marauders now sport a 23-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coppell for a 6A Region I District 6 contest on Tuesday, February 13. Marcus will battle a Cowboys team coming off a 64-62 league win over Plano (Plano, TX). The Cowboys record now stands at 16-15.
The Farmers (27-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hebron (Carrollton, TX). The Hawks enter the 6A Region I District 6 contest with a 21-10 record. In their last contest, Hebron was routed by Plano East (Plano, TX), 63-55, in a league contest.
