The Nevada Cubs basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Perry Bluejays to 50 in the Cubs league triumph on Friday.

The Cubs now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boone for a non-league contest on Monday, February 12. Nevada will battle a Toreadors team coming off a 64-41 league loss to North Polk (Alleman, IA). The Toreadors record now stands at 3-15.
