March 1, 2022: Gadsden, AL 35904 Coosa Christian Conquerors (Gadsden, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Jacksonville Christian Academy Thunder (Jacksonville, AL), 5-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Conquerors now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Ider for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 3. Coosa Christian will battle a Hornets squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over White Plains (Anniston, AL). The Hornets record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Jacksonville Christian Academy falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Anniston (Anniston, AL) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 3. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 0-6. Anniston lost 11-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Asbury (Albertville, AL)
