Alabama High School Softball - Asbury bounces Coosa Christian
April 15, 2022: Albertville, AL 35951 Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Asbury Rams (Albertville, AL) and the visiting Coosa Christian Conquerors (Gadsden, AL), witnessed Asbury's softball squad tip Coosa Christian by a count of 7-3.
The Rams now sport a 14-10 record. They play next when they travel to Fyffe for a 3A Area 14 match on Tuesday, April 19. Asbury will face a Red Devils squad coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Sylvania (Sylvania, AL). The Red Devils record now stands at 7-9.
With the loss, Coosa Christian moves to 9-7 on the season. The Conquerors travel to Anniston (Anniston, AL) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 19. The Bulldogs go into the match with a record of 3-11. Anniston lost 16-1 in their recent non-league match against Ohatchee (Ohatchee, AL)
