Georgia High School Baseball - Rabun County loses to Athens Christian
March 10, 2023: Tiger, GA 30576 In Friday's league game, the visiting Athens Christian Eagles baseball team scored a nice 14-1 victory over the Rabun County Wildcats.
The Eagles (8-2) will now prepare for their game against Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy (Winder, GA). The go into the 1A D-I Area 8 contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy was overwhelmed by Commerce (Commerce, GA), 18-2, in a league contest.
The Wildcats now sport a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Elbert County for a 1A D-I Area 8 contest on Tuesday, March 14. Rabun County will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 11-8 league loss to Tallulah Falls (Tallulah Falls, GA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 12-2.
