In Wednesday's league bout, the DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD) baseball squad overwhelmed the host The Heights (Potomac, MD), by a tally of 10-0.

Coming up next, the Stags play the Archbishop Carroll Lions (Washington, DC) in a Washington Catholic test, on Friday, March 14. DeMatha will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 0-1 record after their 17-0 league loss to Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD).

With the defeat, The Heights drops to 0-2 on the year. The host Riverdale Baptist (Upper Marlboro, MD) to play the Crusaders in a non-league test on Saturday, March 15.
