North Carolina High School Softball - Trinity bounces High Point Central

March 12, 2025: Trinity, NC 27370

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Trinity Bulldogs (Trinity, NC) and the visiting High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC), observed Trinity's softball team get by High Point Central by a tally of 14-8.

The Bulldogs (2-5) will now prepare for their bout against Uwharrie Charter Academy (Asheboro, NC). The Eagles go into the Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, Uwharrie Charter Academy tipped Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC), 7-6, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Bison clash with the Rockingham County Cougars (Wentworth, NC) in a Mid-State 3A bout, on Friday, March 14. High Point Central will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 13-1 non-league win over Morehead (Eden, NC).
