Virginia High School Lacrosse - Blacksburg drops to Cave Spring

March 13, 2023: Roanoke, VA 24018

In Monday's league test, the host Cave Spring Knights lacrosse squad scored a good 19-2 victory over the Blacksburg Bruins.

The Knights now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Christiansburg for a River Ridge test on Thursday, March 16. Cave Spring will face a Blue Demons squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA). The Blue Demons record now stands at 0-1.

In their next game, the Bruins face the Rockbridge County Wildcats (Lexington, VA) in a Valley test, on Monday, March 20. Blacksburg will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 16-5 league loss to Salem (Salem, VA).
