The Needles Mustangs baseball team (Needles, CA), was overwhelmed 8-3 in Thursday's non-league outing with the host Pahrump Valley Trojans (Pahrump, NV)

The Trojans now hold a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Democracy Prep Agassi Campus for a 3A South - Desert outing on Monday, March 18. Pahrump Valley will confront a Blue Knights team coming off a 15-0 non-league loss to Sports Leadership & Management (Henderson, NV). The Blue Knights record now stands at 4-3.

Next, the Mustangs confront the Palo Verde Valley Yellow Jackets (Blythe, CA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, March 19. Needles will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Yellow Jackets go into the outing with a 6-4 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to River Valley (Mohave Valley, AZ).
