Missouri High School Softball - Verona bounces Wheaton
March 16, 2024: Verona, MO 65769 Verona Wildcats (Verona, MO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Wheaton Bulldogs (Wheaton, MO), 20-4 in a league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marionville for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 16.
With the loss, Wheaton falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Verona (Verona, MO) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 19.
