The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Anthony Wildcats (Anthony, TX) and the host Tornillo Coyotes (Tornillo, TX), observed Anthony's softball team prevail over Tornillo by a tally of 30-12.

The Wildcats (9-7) will now prepare for their bout against Kermit (Kermit, TX). The Yellow Jackets go into the 3A Region I District 4 bout with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, Kermit was routed by Jal (Jal, NM), 10-8, in a non-league contest.
