March 19, 2024: Apex, NC 27539 The Apex Cougars lacrosse squad (Apex, NC), was overwhelmed 13-5 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC)
Coming up next, the Mustangs confront the Green Level Gators (Cary, NC) in a Southwest Wake contest, on Friday, March 22. Middle Creek will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Gators enter the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 11-10 non-league win over Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC).
The Cougars (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Pinecrest beat Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC), 16-1, in a league challenge.
