The West Shamokin Wolves triumphed over the visiting Portage Mustangs baseball squad by a score of 11-4 in Wednesday's league outing.

Next up, the Wolves battle the Highlands Golden Rams (Natrona Heights, PA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 21. West Shamokin will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record.

The Mustangs (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Marion Center (Marion Center, PA). The Stingers come into the Heritage outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Marion Center was overwhelmed by Northern Cambria (Northern Cambria, PA), 13-4, in a league outing.
