In Saturday's non-league match, the host Fairfield Lions basketball team scored a decisive 62-33 triumph over the Manchester Greyhounds.

In their next game, the Lions meet the Federal Hocking Lancers (Stewart, OH) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 8. Fairfield will attempt to move on its 21-3 season record. The Lancers enter the match with a 18-6 record after their 52-41 non-league win over Waterford (Waterford, OH).
