Louisiana High School Softball - Grant bounces Franklin Parish
March 20, 2024: Dry Prong, LA 71423 Grant Cougars (Dry Prong, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Franklin Parish Patriots (Winnsboro, LA), 5-1 in a league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 12-7 record. They take the field next when they host Franklin Parish for a 4A District 2 challenge on Thursday, March 21. Grant will face a Patriots squad coming off a 5-1 league loss to Grant (Dry Prong, LA). The Patriots record now stands at 3-13.
