In Thursday's league match, the visiting Fairfax Stampede softball team scored a nice 13-1 victory over the Alhambra Lions.

The Stampede (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ). The Knights go into the 5A Metro match with a 1-3 record.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Central Bobcats (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, March 25. Alhambra will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record.
