The Pine Grove Panthers triumphed over the host Falkner Eagles softball squad by a count of 18-1 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Panthers now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ripley for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 21. Pine Grove will confront a Tigers team coming off a 11-1 league win over Senatobia (Senatobia, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 6-10.

With the loss, Falkner moves to 1-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Walnut (Walnut, MS) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Saturday, March 21. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 2-6. Walnut won 4-2 in their recent league battle against New Site (New Site, MS)
