The River Bluff Gators triumphed over the host Irmo Yellow Jackets softball squad by a count of 20-4 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Gators meet the Chapin Eagles (Chapin, SC) in a AAAAA Region 4 challenge, on Tuesday, March 24. River Bluff will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 11-0 league loss to Lexington (Lexington, SC).
