Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the North Davidson Black Knights (Lexington, NC) and the host Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC), saw North Davidson's baseball squad beat Montgomery Central by a margin of 13-2.

Coming up next, the Black Knights play the Oak Grove Grizzlies (Winston-Salem, NC) in a Mid-Piedmont 3A battle, on Tuesday, March 26. North Davidson will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Grizzlies enter the battle with a 3-4 record after their 3-2 league loss to Asheboro (Asheboro, NC).
