The Montgomery Central Timberwolves softball squad (Troy, NC), was routed 10-0 in Friday's league contest with the host Ledford Panthers (Thomasville, NC)

With the triumph, Ledford improves its record to 7-1 on the year. The Panthers travel to Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC) to face the Grizzlies in a Mid-Piedmont 3A contest on Tuesday, March 25. The Grizzlies enter the contest with a record of 5-5. Oak Grove won 3-1 in their recent league contest against North Davidson (Lexington, NC)

The Timberwolves now hold a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Central Davidson for a Mid-Piedmont 3A contest on Tuesday, March 25. Montgomery Central will face a Spartans squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Asheboro (Asheboro, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 2-7.
