March 22, 2024: Dexter, GA 31019 West Laurens Raiders (Dexter, GA) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Griffin Bears (Griffin, GA), 7-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Raiders confront the Baldwin Braves (Milledgeville, GA) in a 4A Region 2 challenge, on Tuesday, March 26. West Laurens will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Braves enter the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 10-0 league loss to Perry (Perry, GA).
The Bears now possess a 4-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Perry for a 4A Region 2 challenge on Tuesday, March 26. Griffin will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Baldwin (Milledgeville, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 13-0.
