In Monday's non-league match, the host Ingomar Falcons baseball squad scored a good 19-11 triumph over the Hickory Flat Rebels.

With the triumph, Ingomar advances its record to 2-7 on the season. The Falcons travel to Tremont (Tremont, MS) to battle the Eagles in a 1A Region 3 match on Tuesday, March 24. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 3-9. Tremont lost 16-2 in their recent non-league match against Houlka (Houlka, MS)

The Rebels now have a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they host Ashland for a 1A Region 2 test on Tuesday, March 24. Hickory Flat will play a Blue Devils team coming off a 15-0 league loss to Byers (Holly Springs, MS). The Blue Devils record now stands at 0-4.
