Hickory Flat Rebels (Hickory Flat, MS) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad nip the host Potts Camp Cardinals (Potts Camp, MS), 5-4 in a league match.

With the triumph, Hickory Flat advances its record to 6-14 on the season. The Rebels travel to Wheeler (Wheeler, MS) to battle the Eagles in a non-league match on Monday, April 13. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 11-9. Wheeler lost 15-2 in their recent league match against Pine Grove (Ripley, MS)

The Cardinals now have a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Falkner for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 14. Potts Camp will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 15-1 league win over Thrasher (Booneville, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 14-9.
