The Frontier Cougars triumphed over the host Belpre Golden Eagles softball squad by a count of 19-2 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars meet the Magnolia Blue Eagles (New Martinsville, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 26. Frontier will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Blue Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Madonna (Weirton, WV).

With the loss, Belpre moves to 0-3 on the season. The Golden eagles host Alexander (Albany, OH) to confront the Spartans in a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 25. The Spartans come into the battle with a record of 0-1. Alexander lost 10-6 in their recent non-league battle against Clay (Portsmouth, OH)
