Georgia High School Soccer - Towers toppled by Lamar County
March 25, 2025: Decatur, GA 30032 Lamar County Trojans (Barnesville, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Towers Titans (Decatur, GA), 6-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Lamar County advances its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Social Circle (Social Circle, GA) to clash with the Redskins in a 1A D-I Region 4 test on Thursday, March 27. The Redskins come into the test with a record of 12-1. Social Circle won 10-0 in their recent league test against Putnam County (Eatonton, GA)
The Titans now have a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jasper County for a 1A D-I Region 4 test on Thursday, March 27. Towers will clash with a Hurricanes team coming off a 1-0 league win over Utopian Academy for the Arts (Ellenwood, GA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 6-7.
