March 27, 2025: Albany, GA 31707 The Deerfield-Windsor Knights soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Tiftarea Academy Panthers to 1 in the Knights league victory on Thursday.
The Knights now hold a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Westover for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 8.
With the loss, Tiftarea Academy moves to 2-5 on the year. The Panthers host Brookwood (Thomasville, GA) to encounter the Warriors in a GIAA AAA/AAAA District 3 bout on Tuesday, April 15. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 3-6.
