Arizona High School Volleyball - Liberty tips Mountain Ridge

Liberty Lions (Peoria, AZ) backers left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ), 3-2 in a league match.

Next up, the Lions battle the Valley Vista Monsoon (Surprise, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 29. Liberty will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Monsoon enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ).

Next, the Mountain Lions meet the Mountain View Toros (Mesa, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 30. Mountain Ridge will attempt to move on its 8-9 season record. The Toros enter the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 3-1 league win over Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ).
