The Marvin Ridge Mavericks lacrosse squad (Waxhaw, NC), was overwhelmed 13-8 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Weddington Warriors (Matthews, NC)

Coming up next, the Warriors confront the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) in a Southern Carolina/Rocky River contest, on Monday, April 8. Weddington will attempt to improve on its 8-0 season record. The Wolf Pack enter the contest with a 3-5 record after their 23-3 league loss to Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC).
