Washington High School Soccer - Fort Vancouver held off by R.A. Long
March 28, 2024: Vancouver, WA 98661 The R.A. Long Lumberjacks held off the host Fort Vancouver Trappers soccer squad by a margin of 3-2 in Thursday's league match.
The Lumberjacks now sport a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Columbia River for a 2A Greater St. Helens match on Tuesday, April 9. R.A. Long will encounter a Rapids squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA). The Rapids record now stands at 7-0.
With the loss, Fort Vancouver drops to 3-5 on the season. The Trappers travel to Hudson's Bay (Vancouver, WA) to encounter the Eagles in a 2A Greater St. Helens match on Tuesday, April 9. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 3-4. Hudson's Bay won 2-0 in their recent league match against Mark Morris (Longview, WA)
