Texas High School Softball - Lamesa bounces Crane
March 29, 2025: Lamesa, TX 79331 The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Lamesa Tornadoes (Lamesa, TX) and the visiting Crane Cranes (Crane, TX), observed Lamesa's softball team prevail over Crane by a tally of 19-1.
The Tornadoes (11-4) will now prepare for their bout against Stanton (Stanton, TX). The Buffaloes go into the 3A Region I District 3 bout with a 9-11 record. In their last bout, Stanton was routed by Coahoma (Coahoma, TX), 25-1, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Cranes clash with the Brownfield Cubs (Brownfield, TX) in a 3A Region I District 3 bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Crane will attempt to advance on its 0-13 season record. The Cubs go into the bout with a 7-11 record after their 18-0 league win over Compass Academy (Odessa, TX).
