Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Holly Springs Golden Hawks (Holly Springs, NC), 13-5 in a league battle.

The Mustangs now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Green Level for a Southwest Wake battle on Monday, March 6. Middle Creek will clash with a Gators squad coming off a 19-7 non-league win over Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC). The Gators record now stands at 3-0.
