North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Holly Springs drops to Middle Creek
March 3, 2023: Apex, NC 27539 Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Holly Springs Golden Hawks (Holly Springs, NC), 13-5 in a league battle.
The Mustangs now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Green Level for a Southwest Wake battle on Monday, March 6. Middle Creek will clash with a Gators squad coming off a 19-7 non-league win over Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC). The Gators record now stands at 3-0.
In their next game, the Golden Hawks clash with the Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) in a Southwest Wake battle, on Monday, March 6. Holly Springs will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Patriots come into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 14-4 non-league win over Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC).
