The Pace Patriots softball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Jay Royals to 0 in the Patriots non-league win on Monday.

The Patriots now sport a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tate for a 6A District 1 battle on Tuesday, March 31. Pace will meet a Aggies squad coming off a 8-6 non-league loss to Jay (Jay, FL). The Aggies record now stands at 7-8.

The Royals (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Walton (DeFuniak Springs, FL). The Braves go into the non-league test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Walton toppled Freeport (Freeport, FL), 7-6, in a league test.
