Kansas High School Softball - Manhattan holds off Topeka
March 31, 2023: Topeka, KS 66612 The Manhattan Indians the host Topeka Trojans softball squad by a final score of 14-12 in Friday's league battle.
The Indians (6-0) will now prepare for their battle against Junction City (Junction City, KS). The Bluejays go into the Centennial battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Junction City held off Salina Central (Salina, KS), 7-3, in a non-league battle.
The Trojans now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Seaman for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 6. Topeka will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 9-7 non-league loss to Basehor-Linwood (Basehor, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 2-2.
