Georgia High School Baseball - Dacula holds off Habersham Central
March 4, 2022: Mt. Airy, GA 30563 Dacula Falcons (Dacula, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Habersham Central Raiders (Mt. Airy, GA), 4-0 in a league test.
With the win, Dacula upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Falcons host Winder-Barrow (Winder, GA) to battle the Bulldoggs in a AAAAAA Region 8 test on Monday, March 7. The Bulldoggs come into the test with a record of 3-5. Winder-Barrow won 13-10 in their recent non-league test against Peachtree Ridge (Suwanee, GA)
With the defeat, Habersham Central falls to 2-6 on the season. The Raiders travel to Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA) to battle the Black Knights in a AAAAAA Region 8 test on Monday, March 7. The Black Knights come into the test with a record of 4-2.
