March 4, 2025: Atlanta, GA 30354 Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Columbia Eagles (Decatur, GA) and the host South Atlanta Hornets (Atlanta, GA), saw Columbia's soccer squad knock off South Atlanta by a count of 2-0.
The Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Salem (Conyers, GA). The Seminoles enter the 2A Region 6 battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Salem tipped Redan (Stone Mountain, GA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Hornets battle the Miller Grove Wolverines (Lithonia, GA) in a 2A Region 6 battle, on Thursday, March 6. South Atlanta will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Wolverines enter the battle with a 3-2 record after their 10-0 league loss to Drew Charter (Atlanta, GA).
