Georgia High School Soccer - Salem knocks off Columbia
March 6, 2025: Decatur, GA 30032 In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Salem Seminoles soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Columbia Eagles.
The Seminoles (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Monroe Area (Monroe, GA). The Purple Hurricanes go into the non-league outing with a 1-6 record. In their last outing, Monroe Area by Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA), 9-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Miller Grove Wolverines (Lithonia, GA) in a 2A Region 6 outing, on Monday, March 10. Columbia will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Wolverines go into the outing with a 4-2 record after their 1-0 league win over South Atlanta (Atlanta, GA).
