Texas High School Baseball - Lubbock loses to Socorro
March 7, 2024: Lubbock, TX 79401 The Socorro Bulldogs baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Lubbock Westerners to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bulldogs (9-4) will now prepare for their match against Seminole (Seminole, TX). The Indians go into the non-league match with a 8-6 record. In their last match, Seminole was overwhelmed by Coronado (El Paso, TX), 2-1, in a non-league match.
The Westerners (4-9) will now prepare for their match against Monterey (Lubbock, TX). The Plainsmen go into the 5A Region I District 4 match with a 5-7 record. In their last match, Monterey tipped Eastlake (El Paso, TX), 3-2, in a non-league match.
