In Thursday's league battle, the host Bear River Bruins volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Center Cougars.

The Bruins (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Golden Sierra (Garden Valley, CA). The Grizzlies come into the Pioneer Valley battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Golden Sierra lost by Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
