March 7, 2025: Marietta, GA 30062 The Pope Greyhounds (Marietta, GA) baseball trounced the visiting Sequoyah Chiefs (Canton, GA), 10-0 in Friday's league challenge.
The Greyhounds now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host Sequoyah for a AAAAA Region 6 challenge on Friday, March 7. Pope will clash with a Chiefs team coming off a 11-1 league loss to Pope (Marietta, GA). The Chiefs record now stands at 6-4.
With the defeat, Sequoyah drops to 6-6 on the year. The Chiefs travel to Pope (Marietta, GA) to clash with the Greyhounds in a AAAAA Region 6 challenge on Friday, March 7.
