In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Mize Bulldogs baseball team scored a close 7-4 win over the Pisgah Dragons.

With the triumph, Mize advances its record to 10-4 on the season. The Bulldogs host Kosciusko (Kosciusko, MS) to battle the Whippets in a non-league match on Monday, March 9. The Whippets come into the match with a record of 6-5. Kosciusko won 10-4 in their recent non-league match against Choctaw County (Ackerman, MS)

The Dragons now have a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lamar for a non-league match on Thursday, March 12. Pisgah will battle a Raiders squad coming off a 20-3 non-league win over St. Joseph Catholic (Madison, MS). The Raiders record now stands at 9-0.
