Louisiana High School Softball - Northshore bounces Hammond
March 8, 2022: Slidell, LA 70461 Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the Northshore Panthers (Slidell, LA) and the visiting Hammond Tornadoes (Hammond, LA), witnessed Northshore's softball squad prevail over Hammond by a count of 11-1.
The Panthers now sport a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Covington for a 5A District 6 match on Thursday, March 10. Northshore will meet a Lions squad coming off a 5-4 league win over Slidell (Slidell, LA). The Lions record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Hammond moves to 1-6 on the season. The Tornadoes host Mandeville (Mandeville, LA) to meet the Skippers in a 5A District 6 match on Thursday, March 10. The Skippers go into the match with a record of 5-3. Mandeville lost 6-1 in their recent non-league match against St. Amant (St. Amant, LA)
