Lincoln Trojans (Stockton, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting McClatchy Lions (Sacramento, CA), 4-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lincoln upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Trojans travel to Heritage (Brentwood, CA) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 14. The Patriots come into the battle with a record of 0-3. Heritage lost 1-0 in their recent non-league battle against Burlingame (Burlingame, CA)

The Lions now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Franklin for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 14. McClatchy will play a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to Calaveras (San Andreas, CA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-4.
