Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC) boosters exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their baseball team gain a win over the visiting North Buncombe Black Hawks (Weaverville, NC), 11-1 in a league battle.

The Cougars (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Apex Friendship (Apex, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Apex Friendship prevailed over Green Hope (Cary, NC), 7-5, in a league battle.
