The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC) and the visiting Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC), saw Christ the King's baseball team gain a win over Corvian Community by a tally of 8-2.

The Crusaders (7-6) will now prepare for their battle against Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, Mount Pleasant was overwhelmed by West Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 5-3, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Cardinals face the Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 2. Corvian Community will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 5-5 record after their 5-2 non-league win over Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC).
