The Corvian Community Cardinals baseball squad (Charlotte, NC), was overwhelmed 8-3 in Friday's league contest with the host Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC)

With the triumph, Pine Lake Prep moves its record to 8-2 on the season. The Pride travel to Union Academy (Monroe, NC) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league contest on Monday, March 24. The Cardinals come into the contest with a record of 2-6. Union Academy lost 6-1 in their recent league contest against North Stanly (New London, NC)

The Cardinals now possess a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bradford Prep for a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A contest on Thursday, March 27. Corvian Community will confront a Bears squad coming off a 37-0 league loss to Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Bears record now stands at 0-6.
