Virginia High School Baseball - Prince Edward County loses to Randolph-Henry
April 10, 2024: Farmville, VA 23901 The Prince Edward County Eagles baseball team (Farmville, VA), was overwhelmed 14-6 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting Randolph-Henry Statesmen (Charlotte Court House, VA)
The Statesmen now hold a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brunswick for a non-league outing on Friday, April 12. Randolph-Henry will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 19-5 league loss to Southampton (Courtland, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-5.
Next, the Eagles confront the Buckingham Knights (Buckingham, VA) in a James River outing, on Tuesday, April 16. Prince Edward County will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Knights go into the outing with a 6-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Appomattox County (Appomattox, VA).
