Virginia High School Softball - Nelson County falls to Buffalo Gap
April 10, 2024: Swoope, VA 24479 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the host Buffalo Gap Bison softball team scored a nice 15-0 win over the Nelson County Governors.
Coming up next, the Bison battle the Wilson Memorial Green Hornets (Fishersville, VA) in a Shenandoah outing, on Friday, April 12. Buffalo Gap will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Green Hornets enter the outing with a 1-4 record after their 6-1 non-league win over Waynesboro (Waynesboro, VA).
The Governors (0-7) will now prepare for their outing against Dan River (Ringgold, VA). The Wildcats enter the Dogwood outing with a 3-3 record. In their last outing, Dan River ran past Altavista (Altavista, VA), 8-2, in a league outing.
