The East Mecklenburg Eagles edged the host Palisades Pumas volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Eagles confront the North Mecklenburg Vikings (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 25. East Mecklenburg will attempt to advance on its 10-3 season record.

The Pumas (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Providence (Charlotte, NC). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 6-2 record.
