April 10, 2025: Lancaster, SC 29720 In Thursday's league test, the Buford Yellow Jackets (Lancaster, SC) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Cheraw Braves (Cheraw, SC), by a tally of 12-4.
Next, the Yellow Jackets meet the Lancaster Bruins (Lancaster, SC) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 14. Buford will attempt to advance on its 12-1 season record. The Bruins go into the test with a 7-10 record after their 11-4 non-league loss to Andrew Jackson (Kershaw, SC).
The Braves (0-10) will now prepare for their test against Penfield (Penfield, NY). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Penfield was routed by Webster Thomas (Webster, NY), 5-2, in a non-league test.
