The DeSoto Central Jaguars softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Olive Branch Conquistadors to 8 in the Jaguars league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, DeSoto Central improves its record to 12-7 on the year. The Jaguars host Center Hill (Olive Branch, MS) to clash with the Mustangs in a 5A Region 1 game on Tuesday, April 12. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 1-7. Center Hill won 14-4 in their recent non-league game against Independence (Independence, MS)
